What makes Rubio Monocoat different from traditional wood stains?
Rubio Monocoat uses advanced molecular bonding technology to color and protect wood in a single layer. Unlike traditional stains, it contains 0% VOCs and does not create a film on the surface, preserving the natural look and feel of the wood.
How long does it take for the oil to fully cure?
While the surface is usable for light traffic within 24 to 36 hours, it takes approximately 5 days for the oil to fully cure and become water-resistant. We recommend avoiding wet cleaning during this initial curing period.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all residential and commercial addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight.
Can I return an opened can of Oil Plus 2C?
To ensure product integrity and safety, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
How do I maintain my wood surfaces after treatment?
We recommend using Rubio Monocoat Soap or Surface Care Spray for regular cleaning. For long-term maintenance, our Refresh Eco or Renew products can be used to restore the look of the finish without needing to sand the wood down.
